As an Azure Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of our cloud transformation initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architectures that drive innovation and efficiency.

This role requires a deep understanding of Azure services, cloud architecture principles, and best practices, as well as the ability to lead technical discussions and guide teams through the implementation process.

In this role, you will:

· Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Azure and Azure solutions.

· Product Implementation: Implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.

· Product Development: Collaborate with marketing with innovative ideas and develop go-to-market strategies around Azure services.

· Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support for Azure services and solutions as well as migrating from On-premises and 3rd party cloud to Azure.

· System Design: Assist in the design of Azure solutions for customers.

· Security Management: Ensure that all products meet industry-specific security standards and compliance requirements.

· Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop disaster recovery solutions for customers.

· Customer Support: Work closely with customers to provide technical advice and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Internal Marketing and Sales Teams as well as collaborating with Partners and presenting Azure services and solutions to Partners and their end-customers.

Core Requirements:

• Certifications : Azure Solutions Expert (AZ-104 + AZ-305)

• Knowledge of various Azure Services (VMs, Storage, Networking, Web Apps, etc…)

• Experience in migrating from on-premises to Azure, as well as 3rd party cloud to Azure.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical support or a specialist role, with a focus on Azure solutions.

• Strong understanding of Azure services, solutions, and development.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong presentations skills, ability to present to customers, both in-person and virtually.

• Establish relationships with Microsoft (but not limited to) and an understanding of programs related to Azure.
